We have been successful in gaining Victorian Neurotrauma Initiative (VNI) support for our two main projects:

Application and development of acellular matrix technology as a biological scaffold for spinal cord repair – Dr Kathy Traianedes Project Leader. This is a collaboration with the Australian Stem Cell Centre (ASCC).
Human bone marrow stromal grafts IN COMBINATION WITH DECORIN for repair of the injured spinal cord – Dr Paul Simmons Project Leader. This is a collaboration with University of WA.
