How can you help?
While many of our research projects are funded by government grants we need to raise additional money either to match the government funding or to support non-funded projects. There are a number of ways in which people can help us search for a cure for spinal cord injury. One of the easiest ways is to become a member of the Society for only $25 p.a. or help us raise money through fundraising activities such as organising an event either a major one such as a race day, charity ball, golf day etc or something as simple as inviting a few friends around for a coffee morning. We are there to support your efforts on our behalf. Every donation is important to us and we promise to use this money to achieve the optimum benefit in our support for SCI research. All donations over $2.00 are fully tax deductible and we provide an official receipt for tax purposes. There are many ways in which you can make a donation – either by cheque or credit card or you may consider making a bequest. |
